Telenor customers can replace a damaged or lost SIM card in all Telenor shops or a new one can be shipped to the desired address.

Replacement of a Postpaid and Kombinuj SIM card through Contact centre


Telenor customers can replace a damaged or lost SIM card in all Telenor shops for free. By calling the Contact centre and giving basic data, a new card will be sent to the desired address on Republic of Serbia territory. Your monthly bill shall be debited for the card replacement fee, making 240,00 RSD. For further information please call Contact Centre 063/9000.

Prepaid users


Registered users are entitled to replacement of a lost/stolen SIM cards. When replacing the card, the user should produce a valid ID document.
 
Unregistered users will be able to replace the SIM card in shops if they meet the following conditions:
  • have the original prepaid package (not the copy) or plastic part of the SIM card with the bar-code
  • have at least one voucher entered (original plastic)
  • users who do not have any of the above proof need to state the most frequently used numbers (SMS and/or calls) in the national traffic.
  • prepaid number must be registered (registration is compulsory when replacing a lost/stolen prepaid SIM card)
The same procedure for the replacement of lost/stolen SIM card applies to unregistered users who are foreign nationals. SIM card replacement for prepaid customers is 250,00 RSD.
