When you have an incoming call during a conversation, you are notified of this with a beep. By pressing the green handset button (OK, YES, etc. depending on the handset model) the ongoing conversation is placed on hold, and the incoming call is answered.
 
Since both calls are active, by pressing the green handset button you can alternate between the two conversations.
In brief, the mobile handset functions as though it has to parallel lines.
 
Activating call waiting on the handset is achieved either by choosing the appropriate option in the menu (Call Waiting Options, etc.) or entering the universal code *43# and confirming (YES, green handset, or OK).
Deactivating call waiting on the handset is achieved either by choosing the appropriate option in the menu (Call Waiting Options, etc.) or entering the universal code #43# and confirming (YES, green handset, or OK).
 
Call waiting, represents one of the Telenor basic services, and customers obtained this service automatically activated.
 

Price

This service is free of charge for all Telenor customers, expect postpaid clients using "Porodični" tariff package where monthly subscription for this service is 22,80 RSD.
