If you are already a user of one of Telenor tariff packages you can change your tariff package for one above. Change tariff package on your own online on the Portal Moj Telenor, or in Telenor shops. Tariff package change is free of charge.
 
Portal Moj Telenor is intended for users of Telenor network so that they can simply and comfortably file a request for changing their tariff package, changing their address for receiving bills, using the Internet applications such as Outgoing Calls specification, Webmail and much more.
 
You can send your request for tariff package change after logging in to the portal by selecting the option “Change of Tariff Package” in the section “Bill”.
