An application design platform is only available at Dobre Stvari portal (, but the competition is available both to those experienced in application design and to those yet unskilled in this field. To this aim, competitors have at their disposal a more demanding application design method, or a simpler option including only combining of the existing options (dragging and matching of wanted elements). The only requirement is for the participant to be registered at the portal, although s/he is not required to be Telenor user. All the approved applications will be automatically admitted to the competition, published and available for download and evaluation.
