Telenor Opens the Third Internet Park in Serbia

The Danube Park in Novi Sad is the third Telenor Internet Park
Novi Sad, June 20, 2008 - Thanks to Telenor, the Danube Park in Novi Sad has become today the third park in Serbia with free Internet access. Laptops can be connected to the Internet in two ways, wireless or using a USB modem, available at one of the three benches in the park.

In the next month, the park visitors can test all advantages of this type of the Internet access and enjoy fresh air at the same time. The one-month trial period for free access to the Internet will continue depending on public interest.
The connection procedure is very simple and easy, and includes several basic steps, explained on boards installed in the park.

As of today, you can start using the Telenor Internet service through 3G/HSDPA at the speed of 1.8Mbps in Belgrade, Niš and Novi Sad, as well as in other towns of Serbia soon.

The concept of the Internet parks has for long been present in many cities of the world, and from now on citizens of Novi Sad will be provided with an opportunity to surf and download contents from the Web when sitting on the grass of one of the parks across Serbia.
