Smart Caravan visited Užice

Telenor Caravan continues its journey and grants smartphone to the fastest

May 30, 2013 – The second stage of Telenor Smart Caravan continued with a visit to Užice where Telenor Team organised a tweetup dubbed the “#KaravanUp”. All interested citizens had an opportunity to spend some time with Telenor Team at Užice Town Pub and ask questions about services.

“I have been a Telenor Smart Network user for a year and a half and I have recently bought a smartphone. When I browse the Internet, I am most often looking for information in relation to my studies, I am also pretty active on social networks and lately I have been engaged in Internet marketing also, so I use the Internet for my work as well. Smart Network’s good signal coverage means a lot because I can do all kinds of stuff with my phone, save time and complete daily tasks more efficiently. We did not have so many events giving users an option to communicate with the company directly and that is why I believe that Telenor Smart Caravan is an excellent project, having in mind the kind of communication it offers, Krsto Arsenijević, a Twitter user and a student from Užice explained.

Telenor Team visited subscribers who reported network issues or signal coverage interruptions and organized the “Hunt for smartphone” game at the same time. All Užice residents willing to participate in this game could win the Telenor Smart Pro smartphone. The competitor who finished first was Mladen Rabasović from Užice. Other participants received suitable gifts. In order to participate, contestants needed a Twitter account and a smartphone able to scan QR codes.

The same as in the first stage, all interested parties had an opportunity to communicate with Telenor Team via corporate accounts on Facebook and Twitter social networks.
All information regarding the game, as well as photographs, video clips and reports on Smart Caravan you can access via Telenor accounts with Facebook and Twitter social networks, as well as webpages of our partners: PC Press and ITTV Production at www.livetv.rs. Caravan’s diary will be available at www.telenor.rs  and in the next issue of Kontakt magazine.

Each month until the end of the year, except in August, and most often on the last Thursday in the month, Telenor Smart Caravan will visit another town. The smart device hunting season has reached its peak!
