Sber bank and Telenor are the new partners of Nis and Idea in the Super card program

12.11. 2013 - Companies NIS and IDEA, the partners in a joint loyalty program named “Super kartica” have today signed the Protocol on Cooperation with new partners, Sberbank and Telenor.
 
The Protocol has been signed by Kiril Kravchenko, NIS CEO, Ivan Todorić, the President of Supervising Board of Agrokor, Sergey Gorkov, Deputy Management President of Sberbank and Ove Fredheim, Telenor CEO in Serbia.

 
Thanking to cooperation of the four companies, the customers in Serbia, and soon region wide, will be able to enjoy number of benefits offered by the unique awarding program „Super kartica“.
 
As the biggest Russian bank with over 100 million of clients and with over 18 thousand branches, Sberbank always wants to be close to its clients and it creates its services in a flexible way, according to the current needs of its clients, in order to fulfill them quickly, efficiently and with a large scale of interesting products that respond to the current needs of the clients. Special products and services for all Super Kartica users shall be offered within this program.
 
Entering of Telenor, as a mobile operator with the biggest customer base, within the program, means that the program now covers all basic areas of customers’ needs.
 
Even a million of issued Super Card after just five months since launching is the proof that the customers have also accepted this program. At this moment, more than 500 retail stores and more than 200 inhabited towns are covered by the program and up-to-date, more than ten million purchases have been achieved by slipping of “Super Card”.
 
As promised by NIS and IDEA companies in May, when the program was launched, by involving more partners into the program, the benefits for customers are increased during every purchase. The biggest advantage of this program represents a simple collecting of points and opportunity for additional savings.
 
„Super card“ is the first loyalty program of this kind and of this size. Thanking to centralized system, all the companies are enabled to be better introduced into habits and behavior of their customers in order to create offers in accordance with individual needs of the customers, by awarding their loyalty.
