New number for Telenor Contact Center– 9000
As of today, Telenor contact center can be reached by dialing 9000. All Telenor customers can dial this number directly, no network prefix needed. Calls from other networks, fixed or mobile, must be preceded by 063. By dialing this number, the customers can check their montly traffic, get the right settings and info on the current offer, or talk to a contact center agent. The Contact Center is available 24 hours.
Charging for Telenor prepaid and postpaid customers remains the same: recorded information is free of charge, and 10 din with taxes is charged for talks with contact center agents.
The old number 063/9863 remains active.
