Mobile phone top-ups now at ATMs
July 31, 2008 – Telenor’s newest top-up solution is now available at 208 OTP Bank ATMs countrywide.
Prepaid Dina and Visa card users can pay for this service with funds from their bank account, in a real-time transaction. The top-up process is fast and simple. The user should choose “Prepaid top-up” option that appears on ATM screen and then enter his or her phone number and the recharge amount. As in other ATM services, a pre-defined amount is offered, but the option to enter any other amount ranging from RSD200 to RSD5,000 is also available. Users are then issued a receipt followed by an SMS confirming the top-up.
This service is available in cooperation with OTP Bank and Pexim Card Info and will soon be available at ATMs of other banks and to users of other cards as well.
This is the latest of Telenor’s many top-up solutions. Other options include online top-up ranging from RSD50 to RSD5,000 available at all points of sale. Subscribers can also use a Telenor mCard and pay directly from a bank account by sendind an sms payment order. Diners card holders can also top up in a similar manner. A prepaid number can also be topped up by sending a text message from any other postpaid or prepaid number, as well as through a special JAVA application, or simply by paying at a post or bank stand or with special vouchers.
