Madonna's Latest Hit in Digital Format Only for Telenor Subscribers

April 04, 2008 – Telenor subscribers are the only in Serbia and among the first in the world who will have an opportunity to download songs friom Madonna’s latest album two days prior to its world premiere, as a result of cooperation between this company and the authorised distributor for Serbia, “Mascom Records”.

As of April 05, Telenor subscribers can through the “Telenor Music” service download from the WAP portal and the Internet Madonna’s latest single “4 Minutes”, as well as photos, ringtones, and video clips. All other full-length songs from the “Hard Candy” album can be downloaded as of April 26, two days prior to the world premiere of the CD, which will be in music stores in Serbia as of May 05.
“Telenor Music” is the largest database of music and multimedia contents in Serbia. Through the WAP portal, the Internet or an SMS message, a selected song, video clip, photo or ringtone can be downloaded to a phone or a PC in two simple steps in only several minutes. Only selected contents are charged, not downloading (GPRS/EDGE/3G/HSDPA).

The first step includes access to or and selection of a desired song, clip or photo. The second step is purchase confirmation of content downloading.

Telenor in Serbia is the second mobile operator in the world which offers full-length songs from Madonna’s new album to its subscribers. Vodafone Group has also inked an exclusive agreement with Madonna’s record label, Warner Group, for Spain, Portugal, Germany and Belgium.
