Belgrade, April 24, 2008 – Telenor’s offer of multimedia contents is expanded as of today, owing to cooperation with Turner Broadcasting System, the first of its kind in our country. Short Cartoon Network cartoons, including characters such as the Flintstones, Johnny Bravo, The Powerpuff Girls and Tom&Jerry, can be purchased and downloaded within Telenor WAP portal

Cartoons are designed specifically for mobile phones, and, depending on an episode, video clips are two to three minutes long. In line with this dynamic offer, Cartoon Network will periodically post series of new contents at Telenor WAP portal. Telenor’s price per video clip is RSD80, VAT excluded, with free download.


Cartoons can be purchased by Telenor network subscribers in Serbia, through the WAP portal at At the home page, there is the /baner icon, which promotes the offer from Cartoon Network production, and provides easy access to contents. After selecting a desired content and purchase confirmation, the content is downloaded to a mobile phone and can be viewed for an unlimited number of times.

Subscribers of Telenor and all other mobile networks in the world can access the WAP portal. It is a location where, in addition to information on Telenor, there is an option of access to various contents, such as information from the country and the world, weather forecast reports, finance, entertainment, music, sports, film or culture.
