Telenor ForUm – new way of communication
Today, Telenor Serbia launched new digital platform - Telenor ForUm, within which people will have a chance to exchange knowledge and experience through discussions on different subjects. The goal is to create a unique digital knowledge base not only for all Telenor customers but to all people who are in love with modern technologies.
Besides mutual communication and engagement, members of ForUm will have the so called Buddies. A “Buddy” will be a person from Telenor, who will be support to all ForUm members.
“Together with the already existing online customer communication channels, Telenor Forum is the company’s breakthrough in further linking and developing of digital channels of Telenor Customer Care, driven by the change in customers’ habits and constantly growing digitalisation of the society,” said Mikkel Noesgaard, Telenor Serbia CMO.
Telenor ForUm is a part of redesigned www.telenor.rs site, placed in the Support section. Apart from the new platform, Telenor customers have at their disposal Live Chat Service, online customer support in real time. The Company Contact Centre is available 24/7 at the number 063/9000. In addition, customers can send all questions and suggestions by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Also, Telenor is at the disposal of its customers on social networks - Telenor official Facebook page and Twitter account.
