Telenor 4G Available in over 40 Cities and Towns in Serbia
Telenor is working intensively on expanding the coverage of the 4G network, which is now available in more than 40 cities and towns across Serbia. Of the planned 620 base stations, which by the end of the year will cover half of the population in Serbia, so far around 450 have been set up.
Up to six times faster data transfer, reliable internet connection, faster browsing, and seamless use of the most demanding digital services like Deezer for listening to music or Capture for storing pictures and videos – these are the benefits of the fastest data transfer.
Telenor customers who have devices that support 4G need to replace their SIM cards for compatible 4G SIM cards (uSIM cards) at the nearest Telenor store. Replacing SIM cards is free. This is also the main prerequisite for using 4G. In addition, the customer must be in an area that is covered by the 4G signal.
By the end of this year, all towns with more than 10,000 inhabitants will have access to the 4G network. All Telenor customers can already now use high speed internet wherever there is mobile signal coverage. You can check out the coverage map at www.telenor.rs.
