Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Replacement Program in Telenor
In connection with recently reported incidents with the latest device Samsung Galaxy Note 7, company Samsung decided to stop its sale and withdraw the device.
We kindly ask all Telenor customers who have pre-ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 7 from August 16 to 31 and received the device, to return the phone to Telenor shops where they picked them up. Customers will have a possibility to replace their devices, which implies the following:
The purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 7 can be replaced for a new device, after September 19, at the point of sale where the device had been originally purchased. In the meantime, Telenor will provide its customers with a replacement device, which they can use until the new Samsung Galaxy Note 7 arrives.
The purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 7 can be immediately replaced for new Samsung Galaxy S7 or Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. The price difference between the two devices will be returned. This offer will be available at the point of sale at which the device had been originally purchased.
Telenor customers, who haven’t received the pre-ordered Samsung Galaxy Note 7, will be able to take over the device after September 19.
