Telenor shall provide the Service on the grounds of a contract signed by Telenor and Company ETO System d.o.o. Belgrade,
For a customer to access the Service, he/she must have active Internet connection;
If the Service is accessed via Telenor network, Roaming Internet traffic is not provided and it shall be charged at the valid tariff;
By activating the Service, a customer will receive 10 GB of additional Internet traffic for the use of the Service at monthly level for as long as the Service is active. Additional Internet traffic is available with tariff packages with which use of Internet traffic is enabled and it can be used solely for the use of the Service. Postpaid customers can use up additional Internet during a calendar month, and prepaid customers during 30 days after the Service activation date;
The price of the Service activation for Telenor customers is regulated by the Pricelist of Telenor currently in force and available at www.telenor.rs ;
The Service shall be active for Telenor customers as of December 11, 2014;
Customers will be able to activate the Service via the following channels:
Via 111 application and
The precondition for Service activation is for the customer to be registered at Moj Telenor web portal. The password and username used by the customer at Moj Telenor web portal shall be used for the access to the Service
Telenor shall not be responsible if Internet traffic is charged in case the customer has used any form of access to Internet without having previously properly activated the Service according to instructions;
Internet traffic implies continuous throughput of data traffic necessary for active use of the Service;
Telenor retains the right to temporarily partly or fully suspend or lower the quality of the Service due to the elimination of failure, maintenance and construction or overload of Service use;
If a customer accesses the Service via any other network (Wi-Fi, ADSL, mobile data of another provider, cable Internet...) Telenor shall not provide additional Internet traffic for this Service;
Telenor may contact a customer concerning activation, registration of the Service and providing information on the Service;
A customer shall protect and keep his/her access data safe and immediately notify Telenor about any unauthorised use of customer's username and/or password and/or any other safety violation.
Solely the customer shall be responsible for using the password. If a customer reveals his/her password or any other information related to his/her account to a third party, the customer is recommended to immediately change the password.
A customer is specifically forbidden to:
Choose or use the identity or password of third persons with the intention to present him/herself as such persons;
Use a name the rights of which are owned by a third party;
Use the identity of Telenor or Newsstand at his/her own discretion which may be considered liable to punishment or inappropriate.
