General information
For purchases through eShop you need to have your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox...) accept cookies which is possible to achieve with standard (initial) browser setting. In order to be able to buy over eShop you need to register first.
In order to process your purchase with success, you should enter correct personal data (name, surname, citizen’s single ID, contact phone No., and address). Based on these data we shall be able to deliver you the purchased goods. You can check the purchase status on the Internet using your citizen’s single ID and transaction number.
Your personal data will not be used for marketing or any other purposes unless you have agreed to that. Your data from the pay card are not accessible to Telenor during the purchase, but only to the pay card processor: Banca Intesa for VISA and MasterCard pay cards, i.e. Privredna Banka Beograd for DinaCard pay cards and payments over the mobile phone with PlatiMo service.
After data from the order are processed in the Credit Bureau, the user shall be informed of the verification outcome. If the wanted handset model is not currently available on stock, the order shall be moved to reservation status, which shall be implemented immediately after the handset arrives. If in the meantime the user gives up on the order/reservation, he can do it on the page for Purchase status.
