Prices of minute, messages and Internet apply to national traffic. Calls in the tariff package PRENESI and DOPUNI are calculated according to the number of minutes started. All prices are given with VAT included. Fixed fee for each started call is 7,12 dinars. Price of international SMS messages is 18,00 dinars, and of international MMS messages 30,00 dinars. 
 
With Telenor CLICK you will enjoy up to six months of free surfing. You can call two of your closest ones free of charge and with the 111 application - Cost Control Menu always know where you stand.

  • You can use monthly subscription for the following services:
    • calls to national networks from Telenor Serbia network
    • sending SMS and MMS messages to national networks from Telenor Serbia network

    You can use other services by previously recharging your account:
    • international and roaming traffic (calls, SMS and MMS messages, data transfer)
    • value added services (quiz, voting, parking payment, purchase of multimedia contents, etc.)

    With Prenesi i Dopuni tariff package, unused monthly subscription you can roll over in next three months.
     
    Note: the unused amount of monthly subscription in the PRENESI I DOPUNI tariff package are lost if the user switches to some other Prenesi tariff package, or Prenesi i Dopuni tariff package of different value.

     

  • With tariff packages Prenesi and Dopuni you get an exceptional possibility to talk to two selected numbers in Telenor network at the price of 0 dinars per minute, with free connection establishment!  
     
    Aktivation
     
    Two favourite numbers can be activated in one of the following ways::
    • by sending a free SMS in the: „ 2OB 06xxxxxxx 06xxxxxxx” format to number  9000
    • by dialling Telenor Contact Centre at 063/9000 
    • in Telenor shop
     
    Deactivation
     
    Two Favourite Numbers can be deactivated in one of the following ways:
    • by sending a free SMS in the: " 2OB STOP" format to number  9000
    • by dialling Telenor Contact Centre at 063/9000 
    • in Telenor shop
     
    Usage terms
     
    • You an change Two Favourite Numbers by sending an identical message as in the case of activation, which will include the new numbers. The change of favourite numbers can be done once each 30 days. Change of numbers is free of charge.
    • Free minutes within Two Favourite Numbers relate only to a subscriber number from which the service has been activated (number A), and not to the dialled number (numbers B or C).
    • If “number A“, at which Two Favourite Numbers have been activated, is in the country, all calls to “numbers B or C“ will be free of charge, irrespective of whether they are in the country or not.
    • If the “A number“, at which the Two Favourite Numbers service has been activated, is abroad, calls to “numbers B or C“ will not be free of charge and they will be charged according to the Price List for roaming.
    • SMS and MMS messages are not included in this service.
     
    Fair usage policy
     
    If the use of service, which implies free traffic within that service, is excessive, Telenor reserves the right to change the way in which it will charge the service, so as to have it available to all postpaid users under the best terms and, at the same time, protect the capacity and secure the requisite service and basic products quality, as guaranteed by General Terms.

  • EASY INTERNET ACCESS WITH ANY PHONE WITH TELENOR KLIK
     
    You can have unlimited use of mobile Internet on your phone with Telenor KLIK. Activate Monthly Telenor KLIK and you will get 150 MB for data transfer at full rates in domestic traffic and after used 150 fast MB, you will still be able to access Internet, but at somewhat lower rates until Telenor KLIK expire. For users of Prenesi and Dopuni package first six activations of Monthly Telenor KLIK are not charged.
     
    After activation, you can use the Monthly Telenor KLIK service in a 30-day period, after which you have to reactivate it. Activation of Daily and Weekly Telenor KLIK will be charged by Telenor KLIK price list. Phones are delivered with pre-installed applications from Telenor KLIK package.
