This service is intended for private use purposes. If 4,000 or more messages are sent in one accounting cycle, Telenor reserves the right to charge SMS at the price of 3.97 dinars. The changed mode of charging is introduced so that the service could be accessible to all postpaid users under the best conditions and, at the same time, to protect capacities and ensure the required quality of the service and basic products that are guaranteed under the General Terms.

If 4,000 or more minutes in Telenor network are used up in one accounting cycle, Telenor reserves the right to charge 7,02 dinars per started minute. Change in the charging method is introduced so that the service could be accessible to all postpaid users under the best conditions and, at the same time, to protect capacities and ensure the required quality of the service and basic products that are guaranteed under the General Terms.

 

Users of Prenesi Premium M have at their disposal 1GB, Premium L - 2GB, Premium XL - 3 GB of fast Internet. If a customer uses up all fast GBs from his package, he can still use the Internet without additional cost, at speeds of 256/128kbps. There is an additional quantity of GBs at your disposal, which is equal to triple number of GBs at full speed. If all additional GBs are used up, till the end of the month the access to Internet is possible at the speed of 64/32kbps, also without additional charge.

 

 

Calls in PRENESI Premium packages are calculated according the number of started minutes. All prices are expressed with VAT included. After you use up all minutes and messages from your PRENESI Premium package, fixed fee for each started call is 7,02 dinars, price of minute for all packages is 7,02 dinars, price of SMS messages is 3.97 dinars and of MMS messages 12,00 dinars. Within the Prenesi Premium package, users have 20 minutes in roaming at their disposal, which they use on incoming and outgoing calls in Europe (excluding Russia, including Turkey and Telenor CG network). Outgoing calls in roaming from this package are charged by minute and the incoming by seconds.
