    • calling “My Menu” at number *111# 
    • over www.dobrestvari.rs portal 
    • by dialling Telenor Contact Centre at 063/9000 
    • by calling voice machine on 063/9000 (button 2, option 2)

  • Telenor add-on “Favourite number" can be deactivated in one of the following ways: 
     
    • sending a free SMS in " OB STOP" format to number 9000
    • calling “My Menu” at number *111#
    • over www.dobrestvari.rs portal
    • by dialling Telenor Contact Centre at 063/9000
    • by calling voice machine on 063/9000 (button 2, option 6)

    • You can change Telenor add-on “Favourite number” by sending a message identical to the one sent at activation, providing the new number. You can do that three times in the same accounting period and each change will be charged 294,92 dinars.
    • Included minutes within Telenor add-on “Favourite number” relate only to the subscriber number from which the service was activated (number A), not the number dialled (number B).
    • If the “number A“, for which “Favourite number” has been activated, is in the country, all calls to “Number B” will be free, irrespective of whether it is in the country or abroad.
    • If the “number A“, for which “Favourite number” has been activated, is abroad, calls to “Number B” will not be free and will be charged according to the roaming price list.
    • SMS and MMS messages are not included in this service.
    • Calls within Telenor add-on "Favourite number” will be used before included minutes from your tariff package (if your package includes minutes).

     

     

     

  • The Fair Usage Policy 
     
    If the use of products which imply free traffic within a service is excessive, Telenor reserves the right to change the way of charging for the service so that it could be available to all postpaid users under best conditions and, at the same time, protect the capacity and ensure the requisite product and basic service quality, as guaranteed under the General Conditions.
