e-Bill
Postpaid tariff package users are finally given the possibility to replace the classical bill with a modern manner of payment. All they have to do is use the portal called www.dobrestvari.rs and register for the service of e-Bill.
After entering the e-mail address where the user wishes the bills to be sent, it is necessary to confirm the activation of the service by a click on the link which will in just a few moments be delivered into the Inbox. After successful registration, users are given the possibility to send messages to numbers within Telenor’s network free of charge, via Web2sms option.
Free sending of Web2sms messages can be used for as long as the user is registered for e-Bill. In case of any difficulties in e-Bill reception, it is easily accessible via the portal. By activating e-Bill service, users will in no way be deprived of communication they would have if they received a hard copy of the bill, because identical communication will take place in electronic form.
