WITH TELENOR KLIK EASY TO INTERNET FROM EVERY PHONE  
 
We are introducing Telenor KLIK – service with which you will be able to use the Internet on your phone easily. Now, everything you want to know is just a KLIK away.  
 
 
Thanks to the service Telenor KLIK, with unlimited internet traffic you have a possibility of using two useful applications:
 
  • Telenor Browser (Opera Mini) – for access to WEB pages on you mobile phone with survey of contents similar to that on your PC.
     
  • Telenor Communicator– which integrates your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yahoo mail, Gmail, Hotmail, and with one click makes it possible to check your schedule in the calendar, save information in your folders, and much more. Phones which do not support this application can use WAP version, which is equally functional.
 
Telenor KLIK service relates only to Internet traffic in Telenor network.
Depending on the tariff package you are using, you have at your disposal three KLIK services.
 
Prepaid users and users of Kombinuj and Prenesi and Dopuni postpaid packages can activate the following KLIK services:

  • Monthly KLIK – at the price of 290 dinars, with available 150 MB at full speed of throughput and unlimited traffic at reduced rates, without additional charge for as long as the service lasts. The service is active 30 days as of activation date.
     
  • Weekly KLIK - at the price of 90 dinars, with available 50 MB at full speed of throughput and unlimited traffic at reduced rates, without additional charge for as long as the service lasts. The service is active till the end of the period of next 7 days as of activation date.
  • Daily KLIK - at the price of 40 dinars, with available 20 MB at full speed of throughput and unlimited traffic at reduced rates, without additional charge for as long as the service lasts. The service is active till the end of the next day as of activation date. 

 
Postpaid users (except of Prenesi i surfuj, Prenesi Plus, Kombinuj and Prenesi i dopuni packages) can activate the following KLIK services:

  • Monthly KLIK - at the price of 290 dinars, with available 150 MB at full speed of throughput and unlimited traffic at reduced rates, without additional charge for as long as the service lasts. The service is active 30 days as of activation date and till the end of the month, at the latest. Service activation is transferred to the following months too, until you unregister for the use of this service.
     
  • Daily KLIK - at the price of 40 dinars, with available 20 MB at full speed of throughput and unlimited traffic at reduced rates, without additional charge for as long as the service lasts. The service is active till the end of the next day as of activation date and till the end of the month, at the latest.

 
Since they have included Internet traffic in their subscription, users of Prenesi Plus and Prenesi i surfuj tariff packages can register for Telenor KLIK service when they will receive only a SMS with links for downloading the application, while KLIK traffic will not be allocated nor charged. 
 
 
Additional information
 
It is possible to activate several KLIK services, where quick MBs are added and validity period of thus summed MBs is the longest validity period any of the quick MBs from this sum.
 
You can activate Telenor KLIK service by sending a SMS, reading KLIK, to number 9000 and following further instructions from the return SMS. 
 
If you want to stop using the service, you have to unregister in one of the following ways:
 

  • by sending a free SMS, reading KLIK STOP to 9000
  • free of charge within the “My Menu” service by dialling *111#
  • dialling the Call Centre at 063/9000 (price of call to the operator is 10 dinars)
 
Checking the current status of used megabytes is done by sending a free SMS, reading KLIK STANJE to number 9000 or with the “My Menu” service by dialling *111#
 
Promotional period for Telenor KLIK services lasted till December 31, 2010.
 
 
All you need to do to activate KLIK, irrespective whether you are a prepaid or postpaid user is to send a SMS reading KLIK to 9000, and in a couple of easy steps activate the service KLIK.
 
Activation of Telenor Klik service is done as follows:
  • send a SMS message reading KLIK to 9000
  • After a couple of minutes you will receive a SMS with a link at which you have to confirm the usage terms by selecting one of the offered KLIK services. After restarting your phone, activation of the KLIK service will be completed.
  • You will receive two SMS messages for downloading two applications: Telenor Browser Opera Mini and Telenor Communicator
 
See below the illustration of the activation procedure:
 
  • Select the option for sending SMS messages.
  • Send SMS with text  KLIK on 9000
  • In couple of seconds, you will receive a SMS with confirmation of the receipt of the activation request for Telenor KLIK service.
  • Telenor will send you a SMS message with a direct link you should visit so as to successfully activate the service. Depending on your tariff package you will be offered Daily, Weekly and Monthly KLIK. You need to confirm the usage terms by selecting one of the offered KLIK services. After restarting your phone, activation of the KLIK service will be completed.
  • After completing the procedure on the WAP page and restarting your phone, you will receive the link for downloading and installation of Telenor browser (Opera Mini), which will enable you to easily browse internet pages on your mobile phone.
  • The next message you will receive from Telenor is the link for downloading the application Telenor Communicator (if your phone is supporting it), which will integrate your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and e-mail accounts.
  • Within this message you will receive single user name and password which you have to enter within the link received in the SMS message.
 
Telenor KLIK service is now successfully activated and ready to be used on your handset.

Postpaid users
 
  • After successfully accepted activation request, in order to have the service activated, you have to disconnect and turn the phone on again. After that you will be allocated quick MBs from the KLIK service you have chosen. After the expiry of the validity period of the KLIK service, tariffing shall be continued according to the user’s tariff package.
  • If you are the user of one of Telenor services which include Internet traffic (e.g. MailPro, Mobile Mail, etc.) by activating Telenor KLIK service you will not be able to use that included Internet traffic.
  • If you have a BlackBerry service with activated Telenor KLIK service, you will not get 30 MB of traffic included in the BlackBerry service, but just the number of MBs which the selected KLIK service gives you in national traffic. After used quick MBs from the KLIK service, data transfer at reduced transmission speed will not be charged until the expiry of the KLIK service you have activated.
  • When after activating the KLIK service you are buying contents from Telenor Window and/or Telenor Music, the transferred traffic will be calculated from the quick MBs of the KLIK service.
  • It is possible to activate several KLIK services where quick MBs are added and validity period of thus summed MBs is the longest validity period any of the quick MBs from this sum.
  • The accounting unit for Internet traffic is one kilobyte (1KB).
  • Telenor KLIK applications enable you to use the following:
    • ”Telenor Communicator” – access to e-mails, chat, Facebook, Contacts and Calendar. Phones which do not support this application can use WAP version which is equally functional. If you deactivate Telenor KLIK service, you lose the possibility of using the application Telenor Communicator.
    • ”Telenor Browser (Opera Mini)” - access to WEB pages on you mobile phone with survey of contents similar to that on your PC. When downloading the applications “Telenor Communicator” and “Telenor browser / Opera Mini” you will use up some 0.75MBs of Internet traffic, which will be deducted from allocated quick MBs.
  • Telenor KLIK service relates only to Internet traffic in Telenor network.
 
Prepaid users
 
  • After successfully accepted activation request, in order to have the service activated, you have to disconnect and turn the phone on again. After that you will be allocated quick MBs from the KLIK service you have chosen. After the expiry of the validity period of the KLIK service, tariffing shall be continued according to the user’s tariff package.
  • If you use up quick MBs from the selected KLIK service before the expiry of its validity, Internet will be slower and without any additional charge of Internet in national traffic until the expiry of the validity of the selected KLIK service. After that, you need to send a new activation request for the KLIK service or the charging of Internet traffic will continue according to your tariff package.
  • It is possible to activate several KLIK services where quick MBs are added and validity period of thus summed MBs is the longest validity period any of the quick MBs from this sum.
  • You can activate additional Telenor services, which include Internet traffic (e.g. Mega Mix), after deactivating Telenor KLIK service.
  • When after activation of the KLIK service you are buying contents from Telenor Window and/or Telenor Music, the transferred traffic will be calculated from the quick MBs of the KLIK service.
  • The accounting unit for Internet traffic is one kilobyte (1KB).
  • Telenor KLIK applications enable you to use the following:
    • ”Telenor Communicator” – access to e-mails, chat, Facebook, Contacts. Phones which do not support this application can use WAP version which is equally functional. You cannot use this application without active Telenor KLIK service.
    • ”Telenor browser (Opera Mini)” - access to WEB pages on you mobile phone with survey of contents similar to that on your PC. In access you have “SOS credit” connected, you need to top-up your prepaid number so as to be able to successfully Telenor KLIK.
  • When after activating the KLIK service you are buying contents from Telenor Window and/or Telenor Music, the transferred traffic will be calculated from the quick MBs of the KLIK service.
  • Telenor KLIK service relates only to Internet traffic in Telenor network.

In case your handset is not configured for GPRS service, we are offering you automatic handset configuration tool. Just enter your Telenor mobile number and within couple of seconds you will receive configuration message that you need to save on your handset. After that your handset will be ready for usage of GPRS service.
