Interactive Voice Response at 9000
The Interactive Voice Response at the 063/9000 Contact center is intended for current and future Telenor users, providing various information, in a single call. Using the Interactive Voice Response is reduced to listening to dynamic and static information, which is obtained by selecting the appropriate button. For simpler use, the main menu has two branches: pressing 1 accesses the postpaid option, which contains various user information about the postpaid payment system, while button 2 is for the prepaid system, button 3 for bussines customers. If the call is made through a switchboard that does not support tone dialing, the number selection should be preceded by the * button.
Selecting the postpaid option from a subscription number provides various information: the current account balance, information necessary for paying the last bill, debt sum, information on prices and services, the reason why the subscriber has been disconnected, information on activation of the roaming service, procedure for late payments. As part of this option the subscriber can also order a special call specification (listing) for a certain month, and speak to the Call Center operator.
Calling from a ”KOMBINUJ” number you can get all information on the current status of the subscription and recharge, debt balance, as well as basic information on tariff packages KOMBINUJ.
An interesting option, which is available to Telenor’s subscribers at 063/9000, is all the elements required for paying the last monthly bill, in one place. By selecting the option 1-1-2 on his/her handset, the subscriber can obtain in one prompt the total monthly debt, the total debt, number dialing and account number.
The prepaid option provides information about prices and services (particularly interesting for future subscribers), account balance, credit expiry date and the PUK1 and PUK2.
Each piece of information can be replayed. The button * returns the subscriber to the previous menu, while # is used to hang up. Contact with the operator can be established through either of the two main menus, i.e. by entering the second IVR level. If all operators are busy, you will be informed of the expected waiting time.
Tariffing of calls to number 9000 is fixed. Namely, if you are calling from Telenor number and Telenor network, playing the IVR is free of charge, while calls to the operator (initiated by selecting 0 key) is charged 10,00 RSD per call fixed, irrespective of the call length.
