Emergency calls

In case of emergency, Telenor postpaid and prepaid users can dial free of charge the following services:
  • Police: 92
  • Fire Department: 93
  • Emergency medical aid: 94
Calls to emergency services of users of foreign networks (inbound roamers) will not be charged if dialled without network prefix. In other cases they will be charged according to the valid price list for roaming services.
 
NOTE: Individual mobile handset models require that you dial these numbers with an access code, e.g. 011 92.
