How to become a user?

If you have opted for one of our telecommunications postpaid services (mobile telephony or mobile internet), it’s enough to sign a subscriber contract at one of our points of sale, which will take 15-20 minutes depending on whether you are also buying a mobile phone or some of additional equipment. Helpful and kind staff will help you choose tariff package according to your needs and answer all your questions. In Telenor shop you will get a chance to test some of the latest mobile phones from brands such as Nokia, HTC, Samsung, Sony Ericsson and others.

 

When you sign a contract all documentation you need with you is a valid ID card of the Republic of Serbia and an additional document with your photo (passport, driver’s licence, etc.). If you are an entrepreneur you need to have with you an excerpt from the Agency for Commercial Registers, card of deposited signatures from your business bank, PIB form and stamp if you are an authorised person, and if not, authorisation for signing the contract.

 

When closing the subscriber contract you will get all necessary information and characteristics of the chosen service, as well as General Terms for the Use of Telecommunications Services.

One of the steps in concluding subscriber contract in verification of the following:
 
  • validity of documentation (expired validity period, etc.),
  • whether the accompanying documentation (for business customers and private entrepreneurs) is complete;
  • possible back debts to Telenor,
  • the users’ liquidity through an application with the Credit Bureau in case of mobile phone purchase.

If any of the above listed conditions is not fulfilled, our sales representatives can ask you to supplement your documentation or refuse to conclude a subscriber contract on account of deficiency.
 

You can pay products you buy in our shops in cash, one of pay cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, DinaCard) or by check.
The usual time limit for the connection of a new number is 45 minutes, except on the first and last day of the month, when the deadline is extended to 48 hours due to regular monthly bill processing.
