Roaming zones
Wishing to ensure high quality, simple and more favourable roaming service to its users, our new prices shall start applying as of June 1th, 20011.
For easier reference and usage control, we have reduced the number of roaming zones to four and made them more logical geographically observed. Also, we have reduced prices for several key destinations.
No exceptions - 4 roaming zones, uniform prices irrespective of operator you choose.

Outgoing calls are charged per minute of call (60+60);

Incoming calls (video and voice calls) are charged per second of call.

Incoming calls in Promonte network in Montenegro for postpaid customers are charged 7,01 RSD per call.

The price of the initial 5 KB is RSD 6 (VAT included), and is effective for all zones of roaming. Payment for use after the initial 5 KB is made on the basis of data transferred and zone of roaming where you are located.

Data transfer is charged by rounding the data amount to 100 KB. If we have a Contract signed with an operator for GPRS Roaming and use of its 3G network, our users shall be able to use these rates for data transfers in its network;

MMS is charged as follows: 12 RSD per message to users in Serbia and 30 RSD to international networks plus GPRS traffic according to the Price List for the given zone;

In countries and with operators with which video call service is enabled, the outgoing calls are charged per minute (60+60), and incoming video calls per second.

Outgoing voice and video calls initiated by direct calls (CAMEL) are charged per minute of call (60+60);

Outgoing calls initiated by return calls (USSD Call-back) are charged per second of call;

Incoming calls are charged per second of call.

Data transfer is charged per 100 KB fixed.

Cost of a incoming call in network Telenor Montenegro (Promonte) is 7,01 RSD per call. A call to Telenor Call Centre from Telenor Montenegro (Promonte) network is charged 10 dinars per call irrespective of its length.

* Although Telenor has a valid roaming contract with the Iranian operator MCI, due to technical problems we cannot at this moment guarantee users that they will actually be able to use the roaming services in Iran.
