Prepaid Roaming
Prepaid roaming is the ability to use a prepaid number in the networks of foreign operators. This service is possible in all networks which signed Roaming Contract with Telenor.
Telenor's roaming partners enable prepaid customers in their network to:

initiate calls

receive calls
-
receive messages
-
send messages
-
use GPRS traffic
Depending on technical possibilities of roaming partners, in some networks prepaid customers can make
outgoing calls through the service of short codes -
USSD CALL BACK. In some countries in enabled
CAMEL roaming, direct dialing of desired number in international format.
Prepaid users
do not have the possibility to divert calls while they are in roaming.
Telenor has introduced for its prepaid customers the same
roaming zones that exist in postpaid. Rates of calls and SMS stated on web pages in Pre paid roaming are fixed and official within these zones. They correspond to the official price list of Telenor’s four prepaid roaming zones.
Rates for outgoing calls, within a single roaming zone, are the same regardless of the country where the customer is, the network he/she uses or a call destination. The incoming call is charged per a second of call.
Rates for incoming calls, within a single roaming zone, are the same regardless of the country where the customer is, the network he/she uses and the place of outgoing call. The incoming call is charged per a second of call.
Rate of a SMS sent from one roaming zone is the same regardless of the country where the customer is, the network he/she uses and a destination of sent SMS. Receipt of SMS in roaming is not charged.
Terms and conditions for using pre paid roaming
Prepaid number users
do not have
to fulfill special conditions in order to use their prepaid number outside their home network. That means immediate activation of roaming service whith which they can travel outside Serbia and enjoy the advantages roaming offers.
The user have the possibility to activate new prepaid number (to establish initial call) while in roaming.
