How to dial when roaming in Telenor’s network:
Dialing numbers in international format is the most certain way never to be wrong when dialing:
 
- ex. +381 11 xxxxxx, for numbers in Belgrade
- ex. + 43 1 xxxxxxxxx, for number in Vienna (Austria).
Local numbers in Serbia can be dialed in our national format:
- ex. 011 xxxxxx, for numbers in Belgrade
- ex. 063 xxxxxx, for desired 063 customer.
 
Handset display sign: YU MOBTEL, MOBTEL, 220 01, Telenor
If you do not have this sign on your handset you should do the following :
 
-go into the handset's Main menu
-in option Settings choose Manual settings
-select: YU MOBTEL, MOBTEL, 220 01 or Telenor (one of the mentioned should appear)
