The key feature of smart phones is their need for constant transfer of information from the Internet.
You need not fear additional expenses if you do not wish to restrict the functionality of your telephone in this way. Telenor considerably reduced the costs of use of mobile Internet in roaming, introducing a new, more efficient system for calculation of the spend Internet traffic and allowing you to keep your telephone utilization habits under most favourable conditions. Namely, while in roaming, we use Internet in small “doses” most often. The new system means that the transfer of data is charged by initial round up at 5 KB, and all rounding thereafter is done at 100 KB (formula 5 + 100 KB, instead of the current 100 +100 KB).

  • Prices of calls, SMS and data traffic given on pages within Roaming partners section are fixed and official. They are considered to be official pricelist of Telenor 4 roaming zones.
     
    The price of outgoing calls within a given roaming zone is the same regardless of the country, the network and the destination of the call. Charging of outgoing calls is per minute. Same conditions apply to outgoing video calls.
     
    The price of incoming calls within a given roaming zone is the same regardless of the country, the network and the origin of the call. Incoming calls are charged per second. Same conditions apply to incoming video calls. Exeption in charging of incoming calls is network Telenor Montenegro (Promonte) where incoming calls are charged 6,9 RSD.
     
    The price of sending an SMS within a given roaming zone is the same regardless of the country, the network and SMS destination. Incoming SMS are free of charge.
     
    GPRS prices are same in all countries and networks within one roaming zone. Data traffic is charged per 100 KB. Before you go abroad, check here if Telenor has signed GPRS Roaming agreement with networks in your travel destination.

  • In accordance with Article 29 of the General terms of the Contract on subscription and utilization of the GSM public mobile communications network, Telenor d.o.o. retains the right to demand payment of a certain sum (so-called fraud control), before the end of the monthly accounting period, based on the debt incurred for the realized daily, weekly or monthly traffic which exceeds the sum determined by a special Telenor decision.   • Before your trip check the prices of internet traffic in roaming for the country to which you are travelling because they significantly differ from those for the national traffic. You can check the prices here for postpaid, i.e. here for prepaid. Also, check whether your automatic software update or automatic download mail is on, because even a small volume of internet traffic in roaming can be expensive.
