All prices are given in dinars, VAT included.  Internet traffic at maximum transmission speeds, as well as unlimited Internet can be only used within Telenor Serbia network, whereas traffic in roaming is charged at standard postpaid roaming price list for data transmission.

  • * In the package SURFUJ 2 you get 2 GB of Internet traffic at maximum transmission speed. You always have at your disposal 1GB, and you can use 1GB of additional internet traffic from 0.00 midnight to 6.00 a.m. Additional traffic (00 - 06) shall have a priority. When you use up traffic at maximum transmission speed, until the end of the month you can continue to access Internet without additional charge, at reduced speeds. All SURFUJ packages operates on previous principle. The package SURFUJ 10 with student discount is only available with PC modem. Students up to 27 years of age can use this discount with a valid identity document or student book.

     

    ** Declared speeds are maximum achievable speeds in Telenor network, which depend on the access technology available at the customer’s location.

     

     

  • User of these tariff packages can activate new tariff add-on “SURFUJ BRŽE”, at a price of 294,92 dinars, with VAT included. By activating this tariff add-on, you increase the data throughput until the end of the month according to the tariff package by additional 500MB. The user can activate tariff add-on “SURFUJ BRŽE” several times a month.
     
    Tariff add-on SURFUJ BRŽE can be activated in one of the following ways:

    You can check the status of your account in the following ways:

    • By sending a free SMS, reading “STA“ to number 9000 (you can send the message also with SMS application within Telenor Internet modem),
    • over internet page www.telenor.rs/internet
    • over portal www.dobrestvari.rs
    • with "111 Menu" Android application
    • by calling Telenor Contact Centre at 063/9000

     

    Note:

    • By sending a free SMS, reading “STA“ to number 9000 you get a return SMS with information on the remaining number on unused MB in your tariff package and information on the current debt, subscription, promotions and VAT excluded.
    • You can access the Internet page www.telenor.rs/internet only by using your internet SIM card.
    • Users of Telenor Internet tariff packages can see (check) on the device, in modem application the approximate upload and download. If the modem is placed in another PC (laptop), the application shall show the usage on that computer. We, therefore, advise checking the status with SMS or at the page www.telenor.rs/internet .
    • Checking the balance on the account while in roaming is charged at the valid roaming Price List.
    • We recommend checking the current balance with SMS after completed connection with the Internet, so that the user could have the insight into the remaining number of free megabytes (MB) and current debt. The presented data are updated several times a day, and within 24 hours, at the latest.

    • Users of Telenor Internet tariff packages can see (check) in modem application on their PCs (laptops) the approximate upload and download. If the modem is placed in another computer (laptop), the application shall show the usage for that computer. That’s why we advise you to check the balance by SMS, application 111 moj meni or at the page www.telenor.rs/internet

     

     

     

    • Prices for other services which you can use at SIM cards intended for SURFUJ tariff packages, which are not specified in this description are the same as for the postpaid tariff package PRENESI I SURFUJ.
       
    • Tariff packages “SURFUJ 2“, „SURFUJ 10” and “SURFUJ 30” can be used by physical and legal persons in public mobile network of Telenor d.o.o.
       
    • Tariff package “SURFUJ 10 Student” is a package “SURFUJ 10” with discount for monthly subscription valid for physical persons – students of Serbian Universities, between 18 and 27 years of age, registered at any POS, by producing ID card and verified student’s card when concluding the subscriber contract.
       
    • Tariff packages are based on a monthly subscription that implies the use of GBs included in monthly subscription within two packages, namely:
      • Basic package valid all day long, and
      • Additional package valid in the period from midnight till 6.00 a.m. From 00.00 a.m. till 6.00 a.m. you first use traffic intended for that period only, and if that is used up the user will be able to use the traffic from the basic package. Before you can use an additional package, you must terminate active Internet connection and reconnect to the Internet after midnight.
         
    • Data traffic included in the monthly subscription can be used only in national traffic. In roaming overall internet traffic is charged under the valid roaming Price List
       
    • Users of SURFUJ tariff packages can activate additional tariff add-on “Surf quick” once till the end of the month at the price of 294,92 dinars, with VAT included. By activating this tariff add-on, you will increase the data throughput according the tariff package for additional 500MB. The user can activate tariff add-on “Surf quick” several times a month.
       
    • By signing a subscription contract, all users are paying card activation fee 200,00 dinars (VAT included) in accordance with the current price list.
