Yu can check the status on your postpaid or prepaid account in one of the following ways:
SMS
By sending SMS message reading
STA to number
9000.
You ca send the SMS message using modem application – over Telenor internet modem. By sending this SMS, you get a return SMS with information on the remaining number of unused MBs in your tariff package and information on the current debt, subscription excluded, on promotions and VAT.
This message is free of charge.
Status verification page
Users of SURFUJ packages have a possibility to check their status at a special page at the address www.telenor.rs/internet which they can access only by using their internet SIM card.
Access to this page is not free. If you are not in the free traffic regime, bandwidth usage will be charged according to valid price list.
Application 111 Menu
If you are a user of SURFUJ packages on tablet PC, you can also check the status over the Application "111 Menu".

The counter in modem application doesn’t show fully realistic picture of usage, because the presentation of usage on the modem is per KB, whereas in tariffing the rounding of sessions is applied in Telenor internet packages. In other words, modem shows the usage without rounding.

Users of Telenor Internet tariff packages can see (check) on the device, in modem application the approximate upload and download. If you put the modem in another PC (laptop) the application shall show the usage on that PC. Therefore, we recommend checking the status by SMS or at www.telenor.rs/internet page.

Status verification in roaming is charged under the valid roaming price list.

We recommend verification of current status by SMS after completed Internet link (connection), so that the user can have insight in the remaining free megabytes (MB) and current debt. The given data are updated several times a day, within 24 hours, at the latest.
