Port your number
You can now become Telenor user, but keep your old phone number.
By porting your firm's numbers to Telenor network, you can select any service you want. All you need is address your business consultant and start number porting process in several simple steps.
For starters, check whether you meet basic number portability requirements:

You can start the number porting procedure if you have no contract obligation to your previous operator, as well as if numbers do not belong to a linked series of numbers or user group in the previous network.

It's important to pay all due unpaid bills to your hitherto operator.

Also, check that the numbers you want to port to Telenor network are not already in the procedure of being ported.

You can successfully port your number to Telenor, after at least 90 days spent in the old network.

The person authorised for representation or another person based on written power of attorney can file a request.
If you meet all the above requirements, your request will be accepted.

Telenor business consultant will help you properly complete the Porting Request properly, so that together you can make sure that all conditions for number porting have been fulfilled.

After that, you will get an unactivated subscriber contract and new Telenor SIM cards with your old numbers.

Within three working days your business consultant will inform you whether your request has been accepted. If it has, Telenor business consultant will also tell you when deactivation of old SIM cards is expected, which usually takes two days.
Up till then you can use your old card as usual. The deactivation is usually done overnight, after which the new Telenor cards are automatically activated, as well as the subscriber contract. Then, you can simply continue communicating from the old numbers in the new network! If your previous operator doesn't accept you request, the signed subscriber contract and cards will not be activated and the contract shall be deemed invalid.

If you have also picked handsets when signing the contract, the courier service will deliver them at the agreed address, together with Contract Annex, after which you can use Telenor products and services.

If you decide not to immediately take a new phones when transferring to Telenor network, you can do it later, whenever you want.

Number porting service is the legal obligation of all mobile operators. The Republican Electronic Communications Agency prescribes the process of filing the request and Telenor has no influence on the approval and porting time limits.
No fee is paid for the remaining prepaid credit amount and unused traffic in the previous network.
Add-ons activated with the previous operator cannot be ported.
All traffic made with the old card up to the moment of the new card activation shall be paid to the previous operator. The user has the obligation to pay all his liabilities for the services he had been using till the moment of number porting from one network to another. Otherwise, Company Telenor shall have to start the 30-day number suspension, as well as disconnection, if the liabilities are not covered within the set deadline.
