Our employees
Telenor d.o.o. employs 1,207 people from various backgrounds, with a variety of skills and qualifications. Our employees are called on to challenge themselves, to take on other tasks than those that they have been trained for, and in this way discover new qualities and capacities.
We are guided by professionalism, responsibility and respect. These values define how we work together, and how we treat our customers and partners. We aim to maintain a competent and diverse workforce through engagement and performance management, for the sake of the personal development of our employees and to support the evolution of our business in an ever-changing environment. An employee opinion survey is conducted every year. This was the third year in a row that we have organized this survey and we are proud to say that 96.3 percent of our employees participated in the survey this year. This way we will attempt to jointly identify all the fields that require improvement through additional work.
Guided by the thought that the key to success is to climb the ladder as opposed to waiting for the elevator, we try to provide as much trainings as possible for our employees and therefore provide for their personal and professional advancement. In 2007 and 2008 we organized a wide range of trainings and educational programs, among them: Leadership Training, Human Resources Management, Onboarding Training, Codes of Conduct,
