If you are calling the Contact Centre from a number in Telenor network in Serbia, listening to the voice machine is free, whereas the talk to the operator is charged fixed 10 dinars per call (VAT included in the price), irrespective of how long the call takes, for prepaid and postpaid numbers alike. If you are calling from numbers in other networks or from roaming, the talk to the operator shall be charged according to the valid Price List of the network you are using.
