You can recharge Telenor Prepaid number in the following ways:

 

Electronic recharge
You can increase your credit with the prepaid recharge “Choose the amount” for any amount ranging between 50 and 5000 dinars.

Electronic charge validation period is 330 days + 60 days additional charging period.

 

Paper vouchers
Recharge vouchers are available in 200, 300, 500 and 1000 dinars. Recharge instructions can be found in the back of the voucher. Electronic charge validation period is 330 days + 90 days additional charging period.

 

 

Dina Card

With the registration for Telenor mCard service you can recharge any number with the rounded amount ranging between 30 and 2000 dinars by sending a single SMS message.

 

Validation period of charges executed in this manner is 330 days + 60 days additional charging period.

 

Diners Club International
Voucher values are 200, 300, 500, 1000 dinars. The SMS message is charged based on the company pricelist. Maximal allowed amount is 2000 dinars on a daily basis. The gross recharge amount is increased for 1% as a processing fee for the transaction.

 

To recharge the credit enter following:

DN [space] PHONE NUMBER (including 063 or 062) [space] AMOUNT

Example: DN 063123456 300 message to be sent to 4628
(charged at the fee of the tariff package used).

Distributors
Prepaid users can recharge their accounts at sales spots of Telenor distributors of electronic recharge.

Credit recharge at ATM
The recharge process is simple and fast. User wishing to recharge the credit select at the ATM screen the option “Prepaid recharge”, then enter his/her mobile phone number and a credit amount. Like with other ATM services, there are default recharge amounts but there is also a possibility for entering other values ranging from 2000 to 5000 dinars.

Prepaid users using “Dina Card” and “Visa” pay cards of any bank can pay the service from their bank account and the whole transaction is carried out in the real time. User receives a printed confirmation from ATM as well as a SMS message confirming the successful recharge.

Telenor in cooperation with the company Pexim Card Info has given an opportunity for credit recharge at OTP ATMs. This service shall soon be available at ATMs of other banks, as well as to users of other pay cards.
